Janet Miller grew up in Clemmons, NC and currently resides in Winston-Salem, NC. Janet began her involvement in the hearing care field in 2004, after spending years as an educator. She started as a patient care coordinator and loved meeting and greeting customers and hearing the stories of their lives. Janet continued her journey in the field and became a Hearing Instrument Specialist in 2009. She is licensed to dispense hearing aids in the state of North Carolina. Janet also received her National Board Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences in 2017.
While Janet does not have hearing impairment herself, both of her parents were hearing impaired, as well as several of her family members. She is very passionate about providing personalized hearing care. Janet wants her customers to feel like they are part of the family and know that she will do all she can to help improve their quality of life through better hearing.
