1st Aide Restoration is a Licensed General Contractor providing complete emergency, repair and total reconstruction services related to insurance losses. 1st Aide is known as the premier restoration contractor in Central North Carolina. From the very beginning in May of 2000 we have constantly sought the best solutions for our customers, whether their particular problem was a result of fire, water damage, mold, storm, smoke odor or any other type of disaster. Within this framework, we set the ultimate standard in customer service and professionalism, understanding property owner stress while ensuring excellent top quality emergency and repair work allowed within the confines of insurance limits. This certification, presented by the Restoration Industry Association (RIA) is much sought after and requires substantial dedication and commitment. 1st Aide is a Certified Firm recognized by the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) and our technicians train regularly in IICRC courses.
