Office Manager- The Shepherd's Center of Kernersville
Part time opening for an experienced bookkeeper who has QuickBooks experience. Will process Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, month end journal entries and financial statements. Needs Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook experience to produce correspondence and other tasks in support of The Shepherd’s Center’s staff. This position will be responsible for ordering office supplies, making deposits at the bank and other administrative tasks. Hours are 9AM – 1PM Monday through Friday.
