Congratulations to our September 2024 Business of the Month - Always Best Care Senior Services

Joanne Pizzuto established her first Always Best Care Senior Services franchise in Burlington in 2011. This location is now owned by her daughter. In 2021, Joanne decided to grow the Always Best Care brand by starting a new franshise in Kernersville, located at 802 Birch Ln, Kernersville, NC 27284. This office serves parts of Guilford County and all of Forsyth County, as well as the surrounding areas, including Advance, Clemmons, Lexington, Thomasville, Huntersville, Salisbury, Concord, Statesville, and Pinnacle. The Kernersville location is experiencing continued growth.

Joanne employs a dedicated team of 180 caregivers and staff. All personnel receive specialized training under the guidance of Cindy Stewart, BSN, utilizing the Positive Approach to Care developed by Teepa Snow. The Kernersville branch of Always Best Care Senior Services is also certified to provide services to veterans.

Always Best Care Senior Services offers non-medical assistance, helping seniors with activities of daily living, continence care, housekeeping, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments. Additionally, they provide free home placement services for those who can no longer live independently.

Always Best Care Senior Services participated in the inaugural Veterans Parade in 2023 and will continue to be involved in the future. The company is also an active member of the Kernersville Kiwanis Club.
