Here at the Kernersville Chamber, our team is preparing for several upcoming events between now and the end of year. We are wanting to take our networking and relationship-building to the next level by meeting more of you and connecting you all to each other, in person! Here are exciting events we have coming up to end 2022 on a great note:

Masquerade Ball - October 8th

The Women in Business Committee and Kernersville Chamber Staff would like to invite you to attend our Kernersville Chamber Masquerade Ball –Sponsored by Marble Granite World, on Saturday, October 8th 2022 at 7pm! Tickets are $40 a person and $70 a couple.

We will gather in an indoor/outdoor venue with delicious heavy hors d 'oeuvres, drinks and elegant music. Special thanks to the venue (and Chamber Member) Paul J Ciener Botanical Gardens. Our Ball theme will be Masquerade to create a mysterious elegance thanks to a cocktail/semi-formal dress code paired with masks. When attending the event, (masquerade) masks are required for all guest. A silent auction will take place during the event. A percentage will go to the Kernersville Museum to help maintain the historical aspects of Downtown Kernersville. 

Business Showcase - October 11th

Whether you are a student, business professional or entrepreneur, there is something for everyone! Join us on Tuesday, October 11 from 8:30AM-11AM at Forsyth Tech Swisher Center for a great opportunity to showcase your business, share opportunities and meet the community. Sponsored by Allegacy Federal Credit Union and our Supporting Sponsor, Sutton Brothers. There is a registration currently open for Chamber Members for $125 and for Non-Members it is $350. A Business Reception for vendors starts at 8am and the Showcase opens to the public at 8:30am.

Downtown Trick or Treat - October 31st

Kernersville’s 28th Annual Downtown Trick or Treat will be on Monday, October 31st from 6pm to 8pm. Put on your masks, capes, and robes and grab your buckets, pillow cases and bags as we venture along the sidewalks of Downtown Kernersville in search of yummy treats. Hosted by the Kernersville Chamber of Commerce, Town of Kernersville Parks & Recreation, and the Kernersville Police Department.

Holiday Open House - November 26th

Saturday, November 26th is the perfect time to catch great deals and get a jump start on your holiday shopping. With Christmas quickly approaching, it is also time to get your family pictures with Santa and shop Downtown for the perfect Christmas gifts for your loved ones. The event will start at 10am with pictures with Santa at the Kernersville Museum. Then you can Shop Local with Santa in Downtown Kernersville from 1pm-2pm.

Christmas around Kernersville – December 3rd & 4th

Join us for a weekend long event in Kernersville. Saturday, December 3rd will start our event with Christmas Around Kernersville. Shopping and supporting local with Santa to finish up last minute Christmas Shopping. Then finish the night with the Annual Christmas Tree Lighting at 7pm and Kernersville’s Polar Express Train Ride. On Sunday December 4th at 2:30pm will be the start of our Christmas Parade. Then starting at 5:30 the Botanical Gardens will have their Tree Lighting with Santa. 

Guests on board The Kernersville Polar Express will enjoy warm cocoa and a treat. Each child will be given their own silver sleigh bell, to remind them that the bell still rings for those who truly believe!

Each passenger must board with their golden ticket. Tickets for each passenger are $5 which include their hot cocoa, treat and sleigh bell. Polar Express Sponsored by Parks Buick GMC and Supporting Sponsor Kernersville Auto Museum. Ticket sales will be available ONLY at the Kernersville Chamber. Please call ahead for available times and dates to purchase tickets. Cash only.
