Congratulations to our April Business of the Month - Maureena Shepherd & Associates, an Allen Tate

Maureena Shepherd & Associates, an Allen Tate Partner Office, was established by Maureena Shepherd in 2016.

Originally from Kansas, Maureena pursued her education and kick started her career in aviation there. It was in Kansas where she met her husband, Alan. Following his professional endeavors, they resided in Kentucky for a brief period before settling in the Kernersville/Oak Ridge area, where they have deep roots. Maureena is a devoted mother to two daughters, aged 12 and 15, and actively participates in their extracurricular pursuits. The Shepherd family shares a passion for travel and discovering new destinations.

Approximately two years ago, Maureena and her team relocated to their current office in Oak Ridge. The team comprises eleven individuals: eight agents, two administrative staff members, and one part-time marketing director. Community involvement holds significant value for Maureena and her team, reflecting the core of their company culture.

Maureena and her team actively support various events in the Kernersville/Oak Ridge area, including Touch a Truck, Canine Capers, Ridgefest, Girls in Aviation Day, the Great Pumpkin event, Seven Homes Fall Festival, and the Jacob Carroll Memorial 5k. Additionally, the team organizes holiday events at their office and contributes to numerous civic organizations within the community.
