Stephanie Braxton, my wife, and I have 2 "children" Madeline and Macray, that we are very proud of. We started our venture as business owners in 2016 after successful careers, I worked in the copier industry until early 2016 and Stephanie was the executive director of Alamance Citizens for Education until Covid impacted school systems. We both attended one of the ubreakifix Discovery day events after a co-worker at Sharp mentioned a friend had bought into 10 locations in Louisiana and thought I would be a natural as I have always been a bit of a geek when it comes to repairing phones and other devices. I had always thought I would like to run my own business, but , I never had the guts until I was "pushed" as Steve Harvey refers to it. He says, you need to do what you like and do the best, either "jump" or get "pushed"! I am happy to say, the "push" was a good thing as we have built up to 3 locations now, along with Burlington and Greensboro, we have Kernersville! We are an electronics repair company, we are Samsung Mobile phone authorized, Google Mobile phone repair authorized and an Asurion owned franchise that does Asurion screen repairs for Verizon, ATT, Cricket and US Cellular. We also repair all kinds of electronic devices, iPads, Tablets, PC's, MacBooks, Gaming consoles, hoverboards, drones and even TV's!
