Core Fitness & Martial Arts is Kernersville's premier family-owned martial arts school, proudly serving the Kernersville and Winston-Salem community for nearly 20 years. Located just minutes from downtown Kernersville at 3540 Triad Ct., we offer world-class training programs for every age and fitness level.
Our programs include Kids Karate & Martial Arts, Teen & Adult Martial Arts, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, After School Program, Yoga, and Summer Camp. We also host epic themed Birthday Parties for kids of all ages including Karate, Nerf Battle, Yoga & Spa, Laser Tag, and Inflatables parties.
At Core Fitness & Martial Arts we believe martial arts training is about far more than kicks and punches. We develop the whole person — building confidence, discipline, focus, and real self-defense skills that students carry into every area of their lives. Our cross-training approach combines striking, kicking, and grappling to give students the most well-rounded martial arts education available in the Triad.
Our certified instructors bring years of real martial arts experience and a genuine passion for helping every student reach their full potential. We are a true community school, not a franchise, and we know every student by name.
