Hello, I am Jennifer Jones. I currently live in Kernersville, North Carolina. Though I will always be the city girl from NY.
After more than three decades of dedicated work in Human Resources leadership, I have taken an exciting step forward. I have launched my own business. PeopleFirst HR Solutions.
I bring 34 years of experience across manufacturing, healthcare, retail, and corporate environments, with deep expertise in employee relations, talent development, coaching, training facilitation, and building people centered workplace cultures. My passion has always been helping organizations strengthen their teams, elevate their HR practices, and create environments where people feel valued, supported, and empowered.
Starting my own business allows me to continue doing what I love: partnering with leaders, supporting employees, and improving workplaces, while bringing my own vision, values, and personal touch to every client relationship.
