Todd Harris is a New Home Sales Consultant with LGI Homes, serving the Winston-Salem, Kernersville, and surrounding communities. He specializes in helping individuals and families achieve homeownership through high-quality new construction communities.
Before joining LGI Homes, Todd spent three years in traditional real estate brokerage, where he helped families navigate the buying and selling process with a strong focus on education, trust, and long-term relationships. In addition to his brokerage experience, Todd also owned and operated a successful real estate photography company, working closely with agents, builders, and investors giving him a unique perspective on marketing, property presentation, and the full lifecycle of real estate transactions.
Todd also holds a Digital Marketing Certificate, strengthening his ability to connect buyers with the right opportunities through strategic communication, modern outreach, and data-driven marketing practices.
Today, at LGI Homes, Todd combines his brokerage background, business ownership experience, digital marketing expertise, and new construction knowledge to create a streamlined, stress-free homebuying experience.
He works closely with first-time buyers and new construction buyers, guiding them through every step of the process from financing and qualification through construction and closing.
