Blessing of the Animals

St. Matthew's Church invites the community to a joyful celebration of all creatures great and small at it's annual "Blessing of the Animals".  Held in honor of the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi, patron saint of animals and the environment. This heartwarming welcomes pets of all shapes and sizes-from dogs, cats, birds, bunnies and beyond.  Following the service , guests are invited to stay for a complimentary lunch and fellowship on the church grounds.
