The magic of Christmas returns to Summerfield Farms for our 11th Annual Santa & S'mores celebration, proudly presented by Pest Management Systems Inc. (PMi)!
From November 28th through December 7th, we invite families to experience one of our most cherished holiday traditions, filled with twinkling lights, festive treats, familiar farm friends, and a very special visit with Santa Claus himself!
Santa is making his journey from the North Pole to The Barn at Summerfield Farms, and this year, we're bringing back some beloved favorites while introducing exciting new experiences designed to make your family's visit even more magical.
Whether you're continuing a treasured family tradition or visiting for the very first time, we can't wait to celebrate the wonder of Christmas with you!

🎄 A Special Visitor from the North Pole: Mrs. Claus!
Our dear friends Anna and Elsa have been called back to Arendelle for some important royal holiday preparations, but they've made sure the Christmas magic continues at Summerfield Farms!
This year, we're delighted to welcome someone very special from the North Pole...
MRS. CLAUS IS COMING TO THE FARM!
Mrs. Claus will be joining us in The Tent, where families can enjoy festive conversations, memorable photo opportunities, and a little extra Christmas cheer while waiting for their visit with Santa.
She's bringing plenty of holiday spirit, warm smiles, and a whole lot of Christmas magic!
🐐 You Asked, We Listened: The Farm Animals Are BACK!
One of our favorite parts of Summerfield Farms is sharing the charm of farm life with our community, and we're thrilled to bring that experience back to Santa & S'mores!
After hearing how much families missed our four-legged friends, we're excited to announce that our beloved farm animals are returning for 2026!
Enjoy this special part of the Farm as you make your way through your family's holiday adventure.
⏰ NEW! 15-Minute Arrival Windows
We're introducing a new ticketing experience designed to help families spend less time waiting and more time enjoying the magic!
For 2026, families will reserve a 15-minute arrival window when purchasing tickets.
For example, guests attending a 4 PM–8 PM event may select:
- 4:00 PM–4:15 PM
- 4:15 PM–4:30 PM
- 4:30 PM–4:45 PM
- 4:45 PM–5:00 PM
Additional arrival windows will be available throughout the evening.
Please arrive during your selected 15-minute window. These scheduled arrivals will help us manage guest flow and create a smoother experience for everyone.
Your selected window represents your arrival time, not a guaranteed appointment time with Santa.

What counts as a family?
A family ticket covers one nuclear household. Extended family members, including grandparents, should purchase their own family ticket.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep this experience fair and enjoyable for everyone.
VIP Night tickets are priced separately and include additional experiences.

We're thrilled to welcome Liz Grogan Photography as our official Santa & S'mores photographer for 2026.
A talented North Carolina-based photographer and graphic designer, Liz has been a wonderful partner of Summerfield Farms for several years, capturing weddings, community events, and the natural beauty of the Farm.
And this year, we're bringing back something families have been asking for:
Your professional Santa photos will be ready within 48 hours of your visit!
Each general admission family ticket includes one digital image, with photo access details provided to guests.
We're incredibly thankful for Liz's continued partnership and can't wait for her to capture another season of Christmas magic!

Our Santa & S'mores VIP Night offers a more intimate holiday experience with additional opportunities to enjoy the magic of Christmas together.
Your VIP experience includes:

- ✉️ Letters to Santa

This limited-capacity evening is especially wonderful for families who would like a little more time to enjoy the festivities or capture additional holiday memories with loved ones.
VIP Night requires a separate ticket purchase and is priced differently from general admission.

We believe every family deserves to experience the wonder and joy of Christmas.
Our Sensory-Friendly Night is thoughtfully designed for children and families who may benefit from a quieter, more comfortable holiday environment.
During this special evening, we'll make adjustments to lighting, sound, and guest flow to help create a calmer setting for those who may be sensitive to large crowds, loud noises, or other sensory stimulation.
We kindly ask families to reserve this evening for those who would benefit from these accommodations so we can maintain the welcoming and relaxed atmosphere it is intended to provide.

We'll have local food trucks joining us throughout Santa & S'mores, making it easy to enjoy dinner or a delicious bite while visiting the Farm.
Additional s'mores kits, hot cocoa, and other seasonal treats will also be available for purchase.

- Guests must arrive during their selected 15-minute arrival window.

- A photo ID matching the ticket name is required at check-in.
