Black & White Ball

The Women in Business Committee and Kernersville Chamber Staff would like to invite you to attend our Kernersville Chamber Black and White Ball on Saturday, October 21st 2023 at 7pm!

We will gather in an indoor/outdoor venue with delicious heavy hors d 'oeuvres, drinks and elegant music. Special thanks to the venue (and Chamber Member) Paul J Ciener Botanical Gardens.

Parents Night Out w/Flip Force Gym. Don't have child care? We have you covered. Enjoy a date night out with comfort knowing your kids are in good hands! we are partnering with Flip Force Gym of Kernersville to provide you and your kids awesome Saturday Night plans! Drop off begins at 6pm and pick up must be before 9pm. Flip Force is providing open gym, group games, pizza dinner and drinks! This event will help benefit the Crisis Control Ministry here in Kernersville. They provide short-term emergency services for residents of Forsyth and Stokes Counties including rent/mortgage payments, utility bill assistance; food from our Client Choice Food Pantry; and medications from our Licensed Free Pharmacy.  

For the month of October the immediate need is for their Food Pantry. Needs include (Rice, Stuffing, Canned Meats, Kidney Beans, Beanie Weenies, Navy Beans, Baked Beans, Black eye peas, Vienna Sausage, Salman, Mixed Veg, Carrots, Turnup Greens & Mixed Greens, Chili Beans, Pancake Mix and Syrup, Ketchup Mustard and Mayo, Juice, Peaches, and other canned fruits, Saltine Crackers, Flour, Cornbread mix.) Canned donations can be brought to the Ball. There will be a drop off location. 

Our Ball theme will be Black & White to create an elegance thanks to a cocktail/formal dress code.

Pricing Options: 

$45 Regular Tickets (Your ticket includes entry to the event, 1 drink ticket, and heavy Hors d 'Oeuvres at the event. Additional drinks will be available for purchase - must be 21 or older to purchase)

$80 for Couples (Your tickets (2) includes entry to the event, 2 drink ticket, and heavy Hors d 'Oeuvres at the event. Additional drinks will be available for purchase - must be 21 or older to purchase)

$250 for Silver Sponsors Vendors (Your ticket includes your businesses logo on a table, plus 1 ticket to the event, 1 drink ticket and heavy Hors d 'Oeuvres at the event. Additional drinks will be available for purchase - must be 21 or older to purchase)

$500 for Gold Sponsors (Your ticket includes your businesses logo on a table, plus 2 tickets to the event, 2 drink tickets and heavy Hors d 'Oeuvres at the event. Additional drinks will be available for purchase - must be 21 or older to purchase)
