His career spans three distinct industries, giving him a broad and first-hand perspective on leadership and business strategy inside a variety of environments and company cultures. Brad spent 10 years in banking, where he worked across risk management, bankcard strategy, and leadership development program management. He also spent 2 years in grocery supply chain training and development and the most recent 11 years in consumer packaged goods, supporting all functions and lines of business through strategic partnering, performance improvement, talent management and leadership development.
