Christopher Ramirez is the Founder and CEO of Divergent Construction Group, a North Carolina-based holding company that owns and operates Tip Top Roofing and Sea Thru Construction. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, an MBA, and is an Eagle Scout with a passion for leadership, business growth, and community involvement.
Prior to becoming a business owner, Christopher held leadership positions within the building materials industry, including managing multi-million-dollar operations for Beacon Building Products, one of North America's largest distributors of roofing and exterior building materials. This experience provided a strong foundation in sales, operations, customer service, and team development.
Since entering business ownership, Christopher has focused on building strong teams, developing future leaders, and creating organizations that provide meaningful career opportunities. Together with his management teams and employees, he has helped grow and modernize multiple construction companies while maintaining a commitment to quality craftsmanship, customer service, and operational excellence.
Under his leadership, Tip Top Roofing has expanded its service area across North Carolina and earned elite manufacturer credentials, including CertainTeed Select ShingleMaster status, reflecting the company's commitment to industry-leading installation standards, ongoing training, and customer satisfaction.
Christopher is passionate about building great companies, developing future leaders, and helping create a strong standard of living for his team members and their families.
