Danielle Nigro is the operator and face of Main & Mountain Bookstore in downtown Kernersville. She went to Bishop McGuinness and has spent over 12 years as a hairstylist in the Winston-Salem area, including owning her own salon business for five years.
She oversees the store’s daily operations, book curation, and community involvement, helping shape the warm, inviting atmosphere Main & Mountain is becoming known for. The shop features a curated selection of fiction, romance, fantasy, mystery, thrillers, cookbooks, lifestyle titles, and children’s books, with a strong focus on supporting local authors and artisans.
