Dr. Phygenia Young is an experienced higher education leader serving as Associate Dean of Programs and Services at Forsyth Technical Community College. With a strong background in academic leadership, teacher preparation, student success initiatives, and off-campus center administration, she leads cross-functional efforts that advance institutional priorities related to access, retention, and community outcomes.
Dr. Young’s work focuses on strengthening student support systems through innovative service models, strategic communication, and collaborative partnerships.
