REBECCA GRAVES

Rebecca came to TROSA in 2009 as a student intern from UNC’s School of Social Work. After graduating, TROSA hired Rebecca to assist with the operations of its Medical, Intake, Education, Counseling and Continuing Care departments. In 2023, she moved to Winston-Salem to assist with the opening of TROSA's new location. As the Operations Director, Rebecca oversees internal services, fleet management, community partnerships, the organization’s data collection and analyses, and our lawn care and thrift store social enterprises.
