For over 40 years, I’ve had the privilege of serving buyers, sellers, and investors across the Triad and surrounding areas as a full-time Realtor®. I began my real estate career in Virginia in 1981 before relocating to Kernersville in 1982, where I’ve proudly called home ever since. Today, as the leader of The Fran Johnson Team with Keller Williams Realty, I bring decades of expertise, proven systems, and a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals—whether it’s finding the perfect first home, downsizing, relocating, or investing.

My motto has always been: “When there is a real estate need in your life, Fran has the Plan!” That commitment means personal communication, proactive service, and walking every step of the journey alongside my clients.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy being active in the community, serving on HOA boards, and supporting local events. I also love spending time outdoors, studying the Bible (especially prophecy), and relaxing with family and friends over a good movie.

I believe homeownership is the foundation of the American Dream and take great pride in helping individuals and families build wealth and memories through real estate.
