Terri Moy

Seeing a successful event or project completion and the joy from those involved is the motivation for my work in project management and event coordination.

Over the past 20 years, I've coordinated events ranging from 50 people to over 12,000 and developed countless state, county and local programs.
Logistics and coordination of events are my focus so that others can enjoy and engage.

A little more about my career journey....

I have had the opportunity to travel locally and nationally as a trainer, providing educational and leadership workshops and technical assistance/coaching for community and organizational development.

I have 15 years of non-profit experience, including organizational development, fund development, volunteer management, capacity building, and youth development.

I additionally have 12 years of grant writing experience, in which I have brought in over $6,000,000 in grants, corporate and individual cash donations. Additionally, I have recruited well over $5,000,000 in in-kind donations in my 15 years of non-profit experience to support programming needs alone for youth and community.

I have a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus in Youth Development Leadership from NC State University and a Bachelors in Communications with a focus in Public Relations from Lee University.

When I'm not working on events, you can find me teaching Silver Sneakers at the Kernersville YMCA, serving in my church and community, but most importantly spending time with my daughter Kailey and husband Alex.
