Congratulations to Mabe Steel, Inc., October Business of the Month

The Kernersville Business of the Month for October is Mabe Steel.  Mabe Steel, Inc.,was founded by Bryan Mabe in 2007; in 2010, Josh Church joined Bryan as part owner of the business and they both continue to run the business together.  Mabe Steel is a steel erecting business based in Kernersville, NC. 

This business constructs the steel frames of large box retail store and warehouses for companies like Amazon, Lowe’s Hardware and Google.  The company currently employs about 110 people, but most of the employees work on projects in other areas of the country.  Bryan said several key employees are based in Kernersville such as Charli Ellington the Office Manager, Derek Light the Safety Manager, Jason Register the Estimator and Zach Joyce the main Forman.  Bryan hopes to build a new office building in the Kernersville area in the next few years, to expand his footprint in the city. 

                 Mabel Steel likes to get involve and is a sponsor of the Kernersville Chamber and local community events.  Mabe Steel is one if the larger sponsors of the Chamber Golf tournament.  They also sponsor local youth sports teams and support fund raising efforts in the community.  Bryan and Josh like to give back to the community and make a difference whenever they can.
